Teambuilding in Budapest with the Wedding team

Today I won’t talk to you about weddings, decorations and arrangements. And we’re not talking about invitations or menus, although you should be on stage if you’re planning your wedding this summer. Stop work, so you don’t panic further. And it’s not about wedding dresses or costumes, even if you know it would be a good idea to try to buy them already, to be sure you find what you want.

But I said we’re not talking about weddings, right?

Today you will love talking about team spirit and the great feeling you get when you have those right people around you. Say at the fair that it is good to bring almost those suitable people and remove the unsuitable ones. Yes, I’m a little lucky. This time I received too great a gift from the Universe, from my team, from my people, from my children, from my friends.

One weekend now, we do weddings | Wedders, I mean Liana, Ana and Dani, I ran a few days in Budapest. Cica in teambuilding… or not.

‘Teambuiling’ is such a term, a bit pretentious, I see it in the «landscape» of large companies. We are the power, a handful of people. And we don’t even have as much «team building» to do, which we already did, more than 6 years ago. I’d rather tell him, a preview holiday, ours as a team. I wouldn’t have written this article if I didn’t believe I had too many people around me and I’ll tell you why.

The daily goal.

Last year we also entered the world, we set ourselves a goal. And we also decided that, if we touch him, we will go on holiday together, a holiday in «company». And look at it like this, because we were good and hard in 2014, we rewarded Budapest in 2015. We look at the calendar, we tick off the period, up to the tastings (then madness is declared… :)), we take accommodation… what more can I say!

Surgical surplus before teambuilding.

Meanwhile the surprise! I had to have surgery on my feet. Nothing serious, but as you have already heard, I don’t wish it on you, any operation involves a few weeks of recovery, it was 3 weeks of workshops. There was no point in moving the holidays, I was in a period with a lot of work, and spending the holidays with the phone in my ear would not have been fun. So I decided, on my own, to do what seemed natural to me, that is, tell them to calmly go on holiday, which is neither the first nor the last holiday together.

Yes, you get involved with these stubborn children! (I say it, kids, even if I’m a little naughty :)). Either we all go, or no one goes! After some of my struggles with windmills and ankylized foot, this time they decided. The wheelchair, checked and ready, «and we’re ready to go.»

Holiday stories.

We had fun…more choice on my part. People were offering to give me a discount when they saw me, they were building some scenarios, which are more than that. I quickly clarified that it wasn’t that bad, but no, the wheelchair didn’t help me at all.

It was a flour holiday too! I ate gulas, drank beer with jerk, we walked as much as we could, mostly me. And it wasn’t easy for them to follow me, but they didn’t give up. There were, of course, times when we would look for a bar to have a drink in and until we found it, all the heat would pass, especially me. The bar was lowered, but the tables were raised and I forgot going up the stairs which I wasn’t used to.

There were also times when I insisted on keeping quiet, because I had work, I had to prepare some more articles for you and so I cheered. They left me. I made friends with the boy at the bar near my house, who, seeing me in a wheelchair, acted like one. I drank coffee and boiled wine and ate the best creamy soup made by him, an Irishman walking around Romania. The man was really nice and we started talking a bit in between his orders and tasks.

Oh, don’t forget, Hungary has the best cider in the universe! It’s quite fancy compared to the original recipe, but it’s Buuun! It is called Somersby and is found in all the countries bordering us, except in Romania.

So yes, you will say, how can I not tell you about my team of girls and Sanziene, these wonders who make time pass so well!

How could we not thank them wholeheartedly for all the beautiful experiences we had together! (And especially for how far they pushed themselves in that wheelchair :))

The conclusion will belong. To know that we are prepared and full of energy, we are ready with fresh forces for you and for the new 2015 season. We got rid of the workshop, but not the carje, but that’s okay, we can’t wait for the madness to begin, the tastings, the invitations (I have already tied some), the menus, the decorations, the bouquets and so on! Mmm…Not a bit long!
