Amour a Paris – a special wedding, in the best sense of the word

I spent a lot of time thinking about what to tell you about the wedding of Sorina and Adrian, alias Fritz. Because it is very clear to me that I cannot tell you everything I prepared and everything that happened. It was my first wedding this year, but also the most complex and, from certain points of view, the most challenging. These more intense and special weddings have the gift of testing the limits of suppliers and highlighting every little bubble or faulty planning. I can say, relieved and proud, that this was not the case and that everything went according to plan (many and small).

Can I tell you about the wonderful team I had the opportunity to coordinate? Or the story behind the story, how did Fritz ask Sorina in Paris and the emotions behind the engagement ring? Or the cheerful and beautiful party they offered to the guests, without any compromise on the quality of the services and with a financial disinterest such as is rarely seen in domestic couples? Can I tell you how scared I was of a show, as an idea, but also from a logistical point of view, and how did everything go? To tell you about the most beautiful dessert corner that I set up with the help of Maison Dadoo AND Ranunculus Sweets Or the sensational flowers that Dario offered us? I choose to tell you everything from the guests’ point of view, since they experienced all the surprise moments, perhaps we will find a coherent thread and not make the story too long.

START

The guests received the news of the wedding through the invitation-passports that Carmen «designed» (Bows and cakes ) and which I managed to print after some series of cruel trials and tests on different types of cardboard.

SIGNATURE

Months pass, the day arrives like this, people arrive at the hotel and go up to the lounge. Now! In the lobby they are greeted by a check-in office, where people receive plane tickets: to Paris, Bien Sur! They are directed (with signs and arrows) to a lobby where they have the opportunity to take photos, with adorable props from Bows & Pies (thank you!).

Boarding is approaching: a young lady checks the ticket received at the entrance with the help of a barcode reader, an image appears on a display with the room and our guests’ table is red. Upon entering the lounge, they are greeted by two ramps, which lead them to their tables, which are named after the most popular tourist attractions in Paris.

FLIGHT

But where are the brides? They wait a little excitedly to enter the room, but not before the first moment prepared for the guests: o custom scene – designed and built by those of IV theater – Events – leading guests to the center of Paris, where the two lovers enjoy holidays, nutty events and wherever Himthe lover tries, without success, to offer them NO the engagement ring and ask for it in marriage. After all, with the complicity of a friendly Gavroche and a street clown, what was expected happens, everyone is happy and it is fictitious, curtain call. In the end, the bride and groom appear nowhere, the bride’s dance begins and everyone admires the choreography created by Striped And performed with emotion and joy by Sorina and Fritz, to everyone’s applause.

What do I look like, right? Yes, they didn’t stay to welcome invitations at the door, with a glass of champagne in hand, they left this task to the birth, which by the way went very well for them alone;). But it was worth it. I had no part of the carcasses, nor panicked people are not found 🙂

The unique experience

As a result, the difficulty of the party was taken by the band full of charisma and energy, which led everyone to dance. Free stay He did what he does best, which is to heat up the atmosphere as much as possible, without exaggerating and as much as possible.

The rook stole

I took a relaxing break when the magician of the theater band IV Eventi appeared. Everyone liked the performed number, especially because «inside» jokes were included for guests who noticed the lack of sarmale on the menu: the magician offered 11 dishes of two sarmales to the bravest and most involved among the guests. In the end, the supreme Gaga was the disappearance of the Eiffel Tower, almost three meters high. I won’t tell you anymore how the tower disappeared, I’ll just show you a photo:

CAKE

The moment of the cake was also artistic, with three bears/Bad-Boys, who wished them as they knew the brides, but who also made an «accounting» calculation of the wedding, the pension and the slice that they barely managed to cut.

The idea of ​​this moment was quite simple. Something must happen to the cake. Something funny and deadpan. And we didn’t choose to tear the cake apart, even though that was one of the ideas. We used the talent of the theater band to give guests another wow moment.

There were also poems sprinkled throughout the program for the bride and groom, all thought out and crafted with dedication 🙂 The surprise – which I didn’t even know anything about until the evening of the event – consisted of two funny verses, one that Sorina and another read, both faced with the fact.

The guests’ reaction was what I expected: amazement and laughter. Rarely do you see so many people feel so comfortable at a wedding. Especially when the prepared program is like nothing you have seen, heard and experienced. And for this reason, compliments should only go in the direction of the spouses, who were not afraid of the opinions of some, who did not listen to the advice of others. They went ambitious and confident towards their marriage otherwise, spectacle, chaos, Parisian and beyond. And it came out perfectly!

Wedding dress

The wedding dress deserves a few words on its own. Since Sorina is a special woman, I don’t think it would have been appropriate for her to order. What he wanted could not be found in the clothes shops in Spain, neither in Cluj nor elsewhere. In fact, the dress was found in the pencil and expert hands of Lena Criveanu, who was able to take a model shown by Sorina and give it life, but in a special way. The result was spectacular!

There are many more things I should tell you about their marriage. Each moment would probably be worth a separate article. What about the wonderful people who went over their heads and did everything they knew best to make things happen, in an eventful program?

The most important thing to know would be that – and here I quote the «Bear» – «The secret of a happy marriage… remains a secret!». But, let me add, the secret of a successful wedding is always impeccable organization 😀
