What were the biggest challenges and what did you learn behind it?

I have always been afraid of speaking to an audience. Even if it were a simple pizza command, I prefer to execute it via the online environment. Since I work here, having to talk and often a lot to make myself fully understood, I have overcome this fear. I can say that right now I order different types of pizza, with all the names, without panicking. I can say the same thing in this job: I’ve learned that it’s okay not to know certain things, so you evolve in life – when you don’t know, ask, document and learn.

What did you feel at your first marriage and what do you know about these people?

Happiness. Happiness for those people, for their moment and for the fact that I helped them take the first step in two. I also shed 2-3 tears during their dance. We have become friends on various social networks and somehow this gives us the opportunity to see each other and if we are okay. 🙂

What has been the nastrusniest/complicated/funniest wedding theme since you joined the team?

I haven’t had the chance to find a fun theme or create a complicated wedding yet, but I took this option and I can say that I’m looking forward to a new “challenge”. 😀

What plans do you have for the future, how do you see this business in another 10 years?

Honestly, as far as I’m concerned, I don’t like to plan anything because the word «unexpected» exists, but I hope that the work we do as a collective, will be seen over the years and we will evolve beautifully, year after year, learning from other beautiful people.

Do you have any advice for future weddings?

Don’t forget to think about them and, when they feel overwhelmed by the situation, by stress, by uncertainty, to open a bottle of wine and talk to them. Communication is the strongest pole of life.

How many brides will you collaborate with in 2019?

For the 2019 season I will be working with 12 pairs of wonderful, idea-filled people who make you «put your mind to contributing» to merge all the ideas into one.
